    • What's the difference between vinyl and fabric graphics?
      The difference between vinyl and fabric printing is two parts. The first is the media that each is printed on and the second is the printing method. The vinyl printing option is printed on inkjet printers using solvent ink on a smooth vinyl material or media. The second fabric printing option is dye sublimated printing using water based sublimation ink on a soft fabric material or media. Both have excellent quality and durability.

    • Where/when do I upload my artwork?
      Pleasure send your artworks via email if its size is less than 5MB, or please upload it via www.wetransfer.com for via Dropbox.

    • Have you received my artwork?
      Our sales person will send you artproof file for your double checking.

    • Will the guidelines print?
      No, these are purely for your reference. The dotted or red lines in your preview will not be printed on your display. Please make sure you have reviewed our Artwork Guidelines prior to submission and are using the most current design templates for your display layout.

    • What if I don't know how to use a design template?
      We have graphic design services available. For simple logo placement, we offer this service for free. If you need more extensive design work, we offer flat rate professional design services based on the display you are ordering.     • Do you ship internationally?
      Yes, we ship worldwide.

    • Can I get a sample of your prints?

    • Can I add more products to my order?
      Yes! Please contact us, we can send goods together in one package.

    • What are the transit times to my location?
      This is dependent on your location and shipping method of your choice. We ship out from Shanghai, China, and standardly shipping to most of the main city all over the world takes 6~7 days by express like DHL, TNT and Fedex.

    • How do I track my order?
      Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. You can track your package by visiting DHL, TNT and Fedex website.


    • How do I clean a dirty dye-sub fabric?
      First and foremost… don't panic! And no dry cleaning is needed! Start by testing a small, discrete area on the fabric with a dab of common laundry soap and cold water using a clean, soft white piece of lint-free fabric. If all is fine and well (which it should be), throw it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat or hang until dry. If some wrinkling does occur, don't fret! Use a handheld steamer to clean up the final touches.

    • Do your fabric covers only come in black?
      Our products start out as white pieces of cloth - we can print any color or pattern your heart desires, as well as on all sides of our products! You choose the color, pattern or logo to be printed and we'll take it from there. Just make sure you're using our most current design template.

    • How are you able to ship my products so quickly?
      We print all of our products in our workshop. Instead of sending your graphics overseas and drop-shipping hardware, we get your artwork printed right when you approve our artproof-file! Because we have our own printers, we can ship products out very soon.

    • This is my first show, can you help me choose a display?
      Absolutely! Our sales can help, just tell them your idea and they will give their professional suggestions.
