How we work?

Manufacturing

When we get payment from customers and customers send us artwork, we can start manufacturing. Normally our products are manufactured in 2 different workshops:



• Frame Workshop



Profiles are cut and stacked by using buffering material	Cutting machine and bending machine





• Graphic Workshop

According to artworks provided by customers, graphic will be directly printed or transfer printed onto fabric.

After inspection to ensure printed fabric are qualified, they will be sent to sewing group. Our people will sew the fabric into different covers or fabric panels according to different order.

Finally, complated fabric cover will be assembled together with aluminum frame to check whether they match each other well, and to ensure that fabric cover fits frame well and have a good effect.

Packing

Inspected Qualified products will be firstly packed by clear plastic bag, then each set will be loaded into a canvas carry bag, finally the carry bag will be packed by 5-layers carton for shipping.

Shipping

• Normally goods will be shipped in below 3 methods, by sea transport, by air transport, by express(door to door service), here we list out their advantages and disvantages for your reference:

  Generally speaking, we will ship goods according to customers' opinion and choice. Our sales will double confirm with our customers on shipping methods before production.
