Quality Guarantee

Product quality is the heart of who we are, it is the foundation we stand on. We guarantee each of our product is carefully and fully inspected before shipping out.

How we inspect?

• Each product will be inspected by 3 times in its different stages:
  - Fabric graphic will be instantly inspected after it is printed out from printer or from transfering machine. Only good graphic without any defects can be sent to sewing stage.
  
  - Frame sections and its accessories will be manufactured by standard production process. Each sections will be assembled to ensure it's in correct size and ensure its easy assembling.
  
  - After fabric be sewn into fabric cover or banner, it will be instantly inspected by sewing QC team to ensure the workmanship fullfils our standard.
  
  - Finally, fabric cover or banner will be tried(dressed) on frame to ensure the fabric cover or banner fits its frame well. Real photos will be taken to customers for review.
  

Quality Guarantee Policy

• We stand behind the quality of every Displayelite product and guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  If you discover a problem with your product, please mail to our Customer Service address: info@displayelite.com. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Resolving sulutions may including:
  
  - Remake all products and you a new product, free of charge.
  
  - Remake part of product, for example, fabirc cover or its frame, free of charge.
  
  You should retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.
